Distillation deacidification method is also called physical refining method, that is, the free fatty acid in crude oil is not neutralized by alkali, but a refining method for deacidification by vacuum steam distillation. Distillation deacidification method usually uses steam jet vacuum pump to realize vacuum pumping. This method requires a large amount of water vapor, so the water consumption is high, and a large amount of waste condensate will be formed, resulting in slippery production site and hot and humid working environment, which has potential safety hazards.
